Smoking Gun Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

There’s nothing better than a delicious plate of Smoking Gun Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo when you are craving comfort food or serving it up to your family. Pasta is always a favorite go to for me. This amazing classic dish is sure to please whether you are serving this to family and friends or just for yourself. This rich creamy alfredo sauce paired with cooked chicken and topped with fresh parmesan and of course fresh cracked Smoking Gun Peppercorns! Compliment this dish with a garden salad and pair it with a chardonnay or a sauvignon blanc to make it perfection!

The Classic Dish – Delicious Smoking Gun Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Recipe (Smoking Gun Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo)

24 ounces dry fettuccini pasta

12oz cooked chicken

1 cup butter

400mls heavy cream

Salt to taste

1 Tbsp. Your favorite smoked peppercorns (freshly cracked)

3 fresh garlic cloves (minced) (4 cloves if you love garlic)

3/4 cup grated Romano cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Boil water for the fettuccine add salt to the boiling water. Add fettuccini and cook for 8 to 10 minutes; drain.

2. In a large saucepan, melt butter into cream over low heat. Add salt, pepper and garlic . Stir in cheese over medium heat until melted; so the sauce will be thickened. Add cooked chicken.

3. Add fettuccine to sauce so that the noodles are  thoroughly coated with the sauce. Serve it hot with fresh bruschetta, olive oil, freshly grated parmesan, and of course more cracked smoked pepper!

4. Pairs excellently with a dry white wine,  chardonnay or a sauvignon blanc.
